Safety Advisory Group (Local Authority, Police, Fire, Medical etc) scrutinise plans in relation to event safety and delivery.
Local Authority monitoring – Council officers check arrangements in real time to ensure compliance with plans.
Local Public Consultations will be at least two in number, to ensure local residents and Business’ issues are considered and incorporated into the planning and delivery of the event.
Follow-up meeting to be scheduled for late April 2020.
Creation of a dedicated Community website and ensuring regular two way communications with the local area and neighbours.
We will appoint a Community Impact Manager for the event. During the event the CIM’s remit will be to ensure any community issues are recorded, are dealt with promptly and that any actions are reviewed.
